How to restart Strum Machine (iOS)

Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad unfortunately have a variety of audio-related bugs that sometimes impact Strum Machine’s audio playback. If you find that audio isn’t playing properly in Strum Machine, restarting the app (or the web browser) will most likely solve the issue. Here’s how:

iPad / iPhone

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen to bring up the app switcher. Swipe up on the Strum Machine app (or your web browser, if you’re using it) to close the app. Then launch Strum Machine (or your web browser) again as usual.

iPhone with a home button

Double-press the Home button to show your recently-used apps. Strum Machine (or your web browser) will be on top. Swipe up on it to close the app. Then launch Strum Machine (or your web browser) again as usual.

If that doesn’t work…
